SP3 Rental "High Prim" properties offer a larger plot size, and a greater number of prims, perfect for an ambitious home design, or a more complex business premesis.
"High Prim" rental properties are priced as follows:
Residential use only: L$500 per plot per week.
Commercial or business use: L$700 per plot per week.
Please note that the SP3 Rental Box uses up 1 prim. If you opt to use an SP3 supplied low-prim house, this will use up a further 23 prims.
