Thank you so much for the service, support and over a year of trouble free rental Stan. Throughout my time I could not find a better value rental deal on a 2048, and the neighbours were great too (clearbrook, if anyones wondering). I would still be there now if it wasnt for the fact I now own my own sim. Good luck with the rental business and be assured SP3 is absolutely my first recommendation for anyone wanting residential mainland parcels. Take care!

I was the oldest tenant at SP3 and was extremely content with his prices and service...Any issues that came up were addressed promptly and he was always helpful to me...Good news...I AM BACK!!!

We rented from SP3, which was our 1st rental in SL. Stan did a great job and had good service. We were happy with the service he gave. big grin

Well what can i say but STAN IS THE MAN tongue

I have rented a beautiful house for quite a while now and have just renewed! Didnt even have to think about it, Very reasonable ent and the best thing is ......... the landlord leaves u alone lol KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK STAN !!! highly recomended

My husband and me rented a house from sp3 and we loved it.Great house and the most importend this is the service that sp3 gives. Sp3 is the best...i can tell everybody to rent from sp3 they are the best.
And the prize you cant believe it its very low for great house and the best service.
In one word Stan love you your the best. big grin

OMG after 2 months of search and hesitation, i FINALLY found a place to call home, if there is a place avialable and you dont take it your a fool, and dont know what you want, but seriously service is phonomenial, and the price unbeatable so give it a look trust me its worth it

I rented a place from stan for about 7 weeks, excelent price, great service (always fast and professional), one of the best deals on SL... I recommended SP3.
